With 17 years of experience at Sunrise Bhd, our Director has held key roles, including Head of the Property Management Division, Manager of Management Systems (QAC) Senior Grade, and Internal Audit Manager. The Director brings extensive expertise in property development and management, construction, interior design, facilities management, operations, and financial/accounting controls. Specializing in property development and quality management systems, they have played a pivotal role in optimizing organizational processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Sunway City Bhd

Our Director's most recent role was with Sunway City Bhd., where he served as the Group General Manager for Property Management and Investment Services. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing the management of the Group's townships, commercial, strata title, and residential properties, as well as its facilities maintenance and management operations. He played a key role in driving the achievement of annual KPIs and scorecards, ensuring continuous improvements in profitability and operational performance.

Director's Achievements

Within two years, our director successfully built a team of 65 staff members who report directly to him. His key achievements include:
  • Transforming Bandar Sunway and Sunway City Ipoh into premium, well-maintained, and efficiently managed townships.
  • Achieving and consistently maintaining an average occupancy rate of 98% across all properties under our management.
  • Fostering strong relationships and effective communication with local authorities.
  • Receiving positive feedback and strong results in customer surveys for our managed strata title, residential, and commercial properties, particularly in the areas of customer service, security, maintenance, and overall management.
  • Establishing Sunway Facilities Management Sdn. Bhd. with full computerization (CMMS), a dedicated staff, and internal customer base, resulting in profitability for the financial year ending 30.06.08.
